ASH - Founder & Developer, OmniTools (United Kingdom)
Hi, I am ASH, the founder and solo developer behind OmniTools, based in the United Kingdom. I built this platform in 2026 out of personal frustration: every time I needed a quick utility, whether compressing an image, formatting JSON or generating a QR code, I hit a paywall, a forced signup, or worse, a server silently uploading my files.
So I decided to build the alternative myself. Every tool on this site is hand-crafted to run entirely in your browser, meaning your documents, images and data never leave your device. What started as a personal side project has grown into a full utility hub used by creators, developers and students around the world.
I personally maintain every tool, write every guide on this site, and read every message that comes through the contact page. If something breaks or you need a tool that does not exist yet, tell me and I will build it.
Why We Built OmniTools
Most modern utility web apps lock standard customized downloads, image compressions, or advanced calculators behind heavy paywalls or require users to submit their emails and personal details. We believe basic creators' utilities should be accessible globally without constraints, accounts or hidden costs.
Privacy by Architecture, Not Promise
Most sites promise privacy in a policy document and then upload your files anyway. OmniTools is different by design: our tools execute completely client-side inside your browser. There is no processing server to trust because there is no processing server at all. Your PDFs, images, tokens and documents physically cannot leave your machine.
