1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OmniTools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools. The website is provided free of charge for lawful personal and commercial tasks.
2. "No Upload" Processing Policy & Software Usage
All data processing (including image compression, custom QR vector rendering, CSS studio previews, and interest math calculations) occurs strictly on your local browser. OmniTools does not operate remote processing servers for user files. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness, security, and compliance of the generated content (e.g., verifying that generated QR codes point to valid, safe targets).
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
OmniTools is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the calculators or converters will be 100% accurate or error-free at all times.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OmniTools, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of this free software.
5. Accessibility Compliance Statement
